Officers are the profiled to ensure their suitability and introduced to our clients for selection prior to deployment. Once accepted they complete training shifts and site familiarisation before their duties commence.
All our officers have passed a rigorous recruitment process. This involves two face-to-face interviews, stringent screening procedures, and in-house induction training culminating in an examination.
